1974 Fender Stratocaster in black finish with considerable playwear, reflecting years of use. This is one of the final Stratocasters to feature staggered pole grey bottom pickups, a transitional detail from Fender's early '70s era. Two of the potentiometers date to the 30th week of 1974 (1377430), while the third dates to late 1973. The neck pickup cover has been replaced. The frets have been dressed down significantly and show notable wear; the guitar would benefit from a professional refret for optimal playability.
