The overall tie dye pattern is the same as #58 (see https://reverb.com/item/20212738-1996-gibson-les-paul-standard-tie-dye-model-lptd-gsch1-in-yellow-tie-dye-numbered-ltd-edition): dried, "crevassed mud" pattern with highlights of yellow-green & crimson, but the effects are completely different expressions of contrasts.

This guitar is outfitted much like a 1996 Les Paul Standard, except for the tuners which are those used on a Custom:

single cutaway, single-piece mahogany body
set-in mahogany neck
bound, carved, 3-piece maple top
22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl trapezoid inlay
chrome hardware
tune-o-matic bridge/stop tailpiece
blackface peghead with pearl logo inlay
3-per-side Grover tuners with chrome kidney buttons
2 covered humbucker pickups, 490R & 498T
2 volume & 2 tone controls, with gold speed knobs
3-position pickup switch (lead, both, rhythm)

Assembled in Nashville Tennessee on 22 May 1996. Serial number: 9143 6314, #45 of 103 units made, numbered & signed by George St. Pierre. This Standard weighs 4.2Kg / 9lb 4 oz.
