Rare and unique one of approximately ten Les Paul prototypes per Gibson. Included in pics is a Sold listing of a Contour from the Vintage and Rare website with a good description of the guitar. Also a screenshot email from Gibson indicating the guitar did not go into actual production and likely 10 example were made. Theses were given to special Gibson clients!
Most similar ( less headstock and fretboard bindings) to the Les Paul Supreme with maple caps top and bottom and contoured back and lack of access plate like the Supreme model.
Beautiful and unusual red metallic finish.
Small scratch at bottom approx 1/4" and a tiny dent on the back that does not go thru the finish.
