Shawn Bullen Artist Bio:
Shawn Bullen is a contemporary fine artist based in NYC dedicated to creating uplifting and ambitious artwork that pushes the boundaries of art history, showcasing his work around the world with a focus on painting, filmmaking, fashion and photography. Shawn grew up in Chicago and received early success with curating art exhibits, winning several awards and showcasing in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. Shawn studied fine art at NSCAD University then immediately began creating large scale paintings and presenting his work around the world working with the largest brands such as Google, Apple, American Express and many more.
Shawn has been celebrated in the press for his artistic projects in the New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Suntimes, San Francisco Chronicle, Juxtapoz Magazine and much more. Shawn founded IDC Gallery curating and producing group and solo exhibitions of fine art in major cities globally. Shawn uses his artwork to bring people together, build communities and has provided creative education to thousands of underserved youth.
