We accept Cashier's checks, money orders, major credit  cards and bank wire transfers.

We only accept bank wire transfers for sales outside USA. 

Sorry but we must add 3% nonrefundable fee for handling

Return Policies

24 hour approval on guitars only.  If you are not satisfied call us for a return acceptance and you will be reimbursed as soon as the guitar is returned to us in the condition that it was shipped. We carefully inspect and photograph our guitars prior to shipping for insurance reasons and for your peace of mind. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Any guitars returned after the 24 hour approval period and not exceeding more than 2 weeks are subject to a  20% re-stocking fee.

Sorry no refund of handling fee  3%.

Shipping Policies

We ship worldwide from Miami, Florida using USPS, UPS and Fedex, fully insured at customer's expense. Local pickup is always welcome.

International Customers please note. VAT, special duities or other charges related to shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Hold Policy

An item can be placed on hold for a deposit of 20% of the purchase price. Refundable as store credit only.

Item must be shipped back via a service comparable to the service with which it was delivered.
